Visit to the Thames Barrier

Summary
The itinerary of this visit consists of a 25 minute film, a general talk and a guided tour of one of the piers (not open to the general public). This is followed by a question and answer session. Deadline for bookings: 13 April.
It is important to note that those interested in the tour must appreciate that it will be rather energetic with a lot of stair climbing, The Thames Barrier is an industrial installation with open grid floors and a certain amount of oil and grease. Strong flat shoes and sensible clothing must be worn.
