Good workforce involvement (WFI) in safety issues leads to organisations achieving high reliability status. With good WFI, workers, including contractors are encouraged to take part in the decision making process about managing workplace health and safety.
Share your safety ideas is an interactive poster, providing an opportunity for the workforce to share ideas on health and safety. It can be used in a number of different ways, either inviting people to write their ideas on to the poster, or to display suggestions that have been made or implemented already.
