Inter-library loans and photocopying
Information required I Charges I Photocopy declaration form
We will lend non-reference items from EI Library stock, and sell photocopies of articles, to other UK Libraries in the British Library Document Supply Centre (BLDSC) scheme. Priority will be given to EI members.

Please also include any other information which will help us find it for you - we will try our best but the more clues we are given, the more likely we are to find it!
Loans
Loans of light items (i.e. costing less than £1 to send first class) - £5
Loans of heavier items - £10
(if an item is very heavy we will inform you of the charge before we send it)
Photocopying (all charges subject to VAT)
£7 +VAT per article up to 20 pages in length; 35p+VAT extra for each page over 20 pages.
Photocopy declaration form
Before we can supply a photocopy you must complete and sign a photocopy declaration form and either fax or send it to us (for legal purposes we need your signature):
For private use - Photocopy declaration form - non-commercial
For commercial use - Photocopy declaration for - commercial
(If you require material for commercial use there will be an extra fee to pay set by the publisher, or a default fee of £9+VAT (£10.50 + VAT from 1 January 2011) set by the Copyright Licensing Agency. We will let you know before we do any copying.)
