Professional development opportunity: Improve your emotional intelligence through a facilitated workshop from senior Talent Management representatives from across the industry…

Event Overview

The event will have two distinct parts;

Part 1 (18:30 – 19:00) - Presentations from senior industry leaders, reflecting on a particular communication related challenge that they faced during their career, what they did to overcome this and most importantly, what they learned as a result.

Part 2 (19:00 – 20:15) – Facilitated workshop from senior Talent Management representatives from across the industry, specifically designed by Wood plc. The intention is to help event attendees increase their self-awareness by understanding their preferred communication style and the alternative styles of others. The workshop will focus on two exercises to allow event attendees to consider how to recognise these alternative styles and then consider how they could adapt their own approach in order to become a more effective communicator.

Wood plc are offering the opportunity for five event attendees to win an individual 1-1 coaching and feedback session with Simon Dick, Director of Talent and Training, Wood plc.
