Felix Ekundayo is a chemical engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, an expert in commissioning and operation of midstream and downstream oil and facilities.
The UK trained Chemical Engineer spent more than 15 years of engineering experience covering midstream and downstream oil and gas process. In particular, refineries, gas treatment plants, petrochemical plants, pipelines, offsite and utilities with a number of multinational engineering companies such as Foster Wheeler, ICI, Bechtel and Stone & Webster. He was a Senior Consultant with Nexant Limited, a world renowned management consultants to the energy industry. During his time with Nexant, he consulted on various multibillion dollar refining, gas, infrastructure, LNG and Petrochemical projects around the world.
The Energy Institute Nigeria’s Evening Session is a specially designed for energy professionals (both EI members and Non-Members) to learn, network, and exchange ideas on trending global and local energy issues. Often sponsored by top organizations such as British Petroleum (BP), and Institute of Engineering Technology (IET), the EI’s evening session is the place to grow your professional network and gain more insights into the Nigerian energy sphere.

"The difficult economic situation that we are going through must push loss-adjusting firms, based in Morocco, to open up more internationally. However, gaining the trust of the major players in the insurance industry, particularly in London, Paris or Munich, is not an easy task. "Before the course, I had a little professional experience in domestic zero-carbon energy technology but I was inexperienced in any other theory and practical topic, audits etc. This provided me with the building blocks to understand this, including the calculations, quickly.
