Oil producers, scientists, technologists and researchers will come together at this international forum to discuss issues resulting from the detrimental or beneficial impacts of microbes in oil recovery.

Pioneering technical work, research and case studies will cover:

  • Mitigation and remediation strategies
  • Molecular microbiological methods (MMM) and monitoring
  • Microbial upgrading

Conference dinner:
Smollensky's on The Strand – 15 November 2016

The dinner provides speakers and delegates with an excellent opportunity to meet and catch up with fellow delegates at the end of the first day of conference proceedings.

The fee for the dinner is £66.00 (inc VAT of £11.00). The price includes a three course meal, drinks and coffee. 

Places at the dinner are limited and tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis.

Group activity:
The Historical Experience Tour at Benjamin Franklin House – 16 November 2016

The fee for the tour is £14.40 (inc VAT of £2.40) and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

The tour will uncover the excitement and uncertainty of Franklin’s London years using the rooms he inhabited for nearly sixteen years before making a hurried return to America in the face of the looming War of Independence.

Places at this social event are limited and tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis.
