POWERful Women seeks to advance the professional growth and leadership development of women across the UK’s energy sector. With just 6% of women on the executive boards of UK energy companies currently, we are committed to keeping the issue high on the agenda. We look forward to sharing new data on gender diversity in the sector at the conference, sharing good practice from D&I professionals and encouraging women to move forward with their careers.

Join us to learn more about the energy sector's response to the challenges in increasing the number of women in middle management, senior and leadership roles, and benefit from sessions to help you to continue your professional development and to network with other aspiring women in varied roles across the entire sector.

Please note that this event is open to everyone - you do not need to be a member of POWERful Women or Energy Institute to attend.
