Dr David A. WOOD  BSc. PhD FEI
Energy consultant and successful former corporate and technical director with energy companies. Extensive project, operations, risk and strategic management experience with a wide spectrum of international energy companies and assets. A 30-year track record of technically and commercially evaluating investment opportunities, managing asset portfolios and project teams, negotiating contracts and providing technical and management training.

James MILNE  
Provides leading industry expertise and knowledge of “best practices” in petroleum fuel acquisition, supply chain logistics and distribution in niche markets, and advise on mergers and acquisitions. Previous consulting work in the area of supply chain logistics to identify achievable and deliverable cost savings through project initiation, from a diagnostic analysis of the current practices, contracts and alternate potential sources of supply, removal of restrictive practices and improvements in petroleum supply economics and efficiency.

Garry RICKARD 
Garry has 30 years of aviation fuels experience with the British Ministry of Defence, QinetiQ and Intertek. This has included fuel analysis, distribution advice, crash/defect investigation, research, training and technical support in both military and civil environments.

Andy CLIFFORD
Andy gained his knowledge and experience of Aviation Fuels analysis, production, distribution and technical support during his 26 year career with Esso (UK) and Exxon. He has worked as an independent Aviation Fuels Product Quality and Operations Advisor providing 'Refinery to Wingtip' technical and operational support services for a client list that includes Oil companies, Police Forces, Airport Operators, Regulatory Authorities, Offshore Exploration and Production Operators, Equipment Manufacturers and Legal teams in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
