Please note that this year's AGM will use the electoral service Mi-Voice to run both nominations for Council and the election.

Members who are entitled to vote (excluding Students and Affiliates) will be contacted by Mi-Voice with instructions on how to run for the elected member vacancy on the Council, followed by voting instructions in advance of the meeting.

Any other business must be submitted in advance of the meeting for discussion. Questions may be submitted in advance or during the meeting.
