Job purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Strategic Partnerships Officer to join the Strategic Partnerships team. The individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential prospects through outbound and inbound outreach efforts. This role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting the overall growth of the business.

What you’ll do:
● Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
● Respond to inbound enquiries and engage with prospects to understand their needs.
● Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings
● Assist in the Development of tailored outreach campaigns, including cold emails, pitch decks, and proposals
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Excel & and the CRM system.
● Collaborate with different teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
● Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
● Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors.
● Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of clients.
Qualifications and skills required:
● 3+ years of experience in sales or lead generation role (B2B experience is a plus)
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
● Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC
● Experience in sales or events
Desirable:
● Understanding of the energy sector
● Multilingual

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
