Imrandd presents a deep-dive case study on the adoption of a data-led approach to asset management and integrity management, exploring the advantages of independence between planning and enactment.

Speakers Biographies:

Adam Lea-Bischinger

Adam is a chartered engineer with over 20 years of industry experience, skilled in asset management with experience of major capital projects globally. Adam’s main area of focus is on asset management of all facilities across the value chain and he has held both engineering and management consultant roles in oil majors and consultancies. He has developed and delivered numerous maintenance, reliability and asset management courses, online and in person and worked with major international universities to support continued professional development.

Mark Stone

Mark has over 30 years’ technical and leadership experience, with most of this in the energy sector. He brings with him a track record of innovation in application of statistical methods and data analytics in support of integrity management. This covers the development of practical approaches to inspection optimisation, bringing together Mechanical Integrity, Corrosion Engineering, Inspection Engineering and Data Science aspects.   

Mark’s role covers leadership of IMRANDD’s Data Team who are responsible for inspection optimisation projects and data related consultancy support to operator clients and IMRANDD’s integrity management contracts. He will also be working closely with the R&D Team who are active in a range of digitalisation initiatives including development and optimisation of inspection data analysis methodologies and software tools for practical application.

Innes Auchterlonie

Innes Auchterlonie founded Imrandd with fellow entrepreneur, Paddy Gopala, in 2017. Throughout his career, Innes has amassed a successful track record working for both global operators and service companies in senior roles, with a particular focus on asset life extension and engineering due diligence. 

Most recently, Innes has formed and continues to lead innovative technology driven organisations. His strong technical knowledge combined with hands on business experience and strategic decision-making abilities has brought unique digitisation and data science analysis solutions to the fore; enabling oil and gas operators and financial institutions to apply a more informed commercial approach to asset management. 

In addition to extensive technical engineering expertise, Innes also holds an MSc in Asset Integrity Management and an MBA (with distinction) in Oil and Gas Management.
