Join us for an interactive workshop where we'll discuss an incident scenario and, using the tools of 'Learning from Normal Work', explore what is proving difficult for those on the frontline, how human behaviour impacts decision making on the shopfloor, and the factors present every day that can lead to an incident.

"The difficult economic situation that we are going through must push loss-adjusting firms, based in Morocco, to open up more internationally. However, gaining the trust of the major players in the insurance industry, particularly in London, Paris or Munich, is not an easy task. "Before the course, I had a little professional experience in domestic zero-carbon energy technology but I was inexperienced in any other theory and practical topic, audits etc. This provided me with the building blocks to understand this, including the calculations, quickly.
