  • Module 2: Introduction to adaptations - exercises to predict adaptations based on fabrication-specific examples - 1 hour

  • Module 3: Introduction to questioning techniques and learning conversations - 1 hour

  • Module 4: Overview of the learning tools and how to implement them inside organisations - 45 mins

Join us for an interactive workshop facilitated by the authors of the EI's recent Guidance on human factors in task-based risk assessment, among other leading human performance work for the energy sector.  At the workshop, we'll discuss an incident scenario and, using the tools of 'Learning from Normal Work', explore what is proving difficult for those on the frontline, how human behaviour impacts decision making on the shopfloor, and the factors present every day that can lead to an incident.

Who should attend: Project and site leaders, Frontline supervisors, Health & Safety professionals in OW developers and the fabrication industry.
