You will gain an appreciation of the structured approach required to effectively support the organisational objectives and deliver a sustainable return on investment.

Learn about the asset life cycle by identifying the structures needed, the importance of people and the organisation based on the recognised standard ISO 55001, best practices and our experiences.

You will also gain an understanding through practical exercises about concepts such as the phases of the asset lifecycle, Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and maintenance plans.
