This major initiative opens the doors of the global energy community to anyone studying at a university or college who is curious about energy, sustainability or the future of net zero.

For the first time, the Energy Institute is extending its free student membership beyond those enrolled in accredited or energy-related courses, welcoming students from every discipline and every corner of the globe.

Whether you’re studying engineering, business, urban planning, climate science, communications, or any other subject, if you’re interested in energy, you belong as an EI member.

Dr Nick Wayth FEI, Chief Executive of the Energy Institute, said:
