    Advice Direct Scotland is a registered charity, based in Glasgow, which runs Scotland’s national energy advice service. We provide free, impartial and practical advice to anyone in Scotland. Our energyadvice.scot service provides free advice and information for consumers experiencing either basic or complex issues with their energy supplier. Our advisers provide a wide range of useful correspondence letters for consumers who may be experiencing problems with their energy billing or the complaints process of their energy supplier. The service is available at www.energyadvice.scot and on freephone 0808 196 8660. We also administer and deliver the homeheatingadvice.scot fund on behalf of the Scottish Government, which assists vulnerable households who are struggling with their energy bills. Working with dozens of debt and energy advice agencies across the country, the next iteration of the service is scheduled to launch in late 2021, with £4m available.
