This 2 half-day virtual online training course on the 17 & 21 of October 2025, will allow you to optimise your asset maintenance plan with Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), a process which focuses on the function of the asset and the consequences of failure, rather than the asset itself following the 7 questions described in SAE JA1011.

This highly interactive course will give you the tools you need to build reliability into your processes, using RCM methodology alongside Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) principles.

Matthew Laskaj is an engineer and specialist engineering trainer. He is passionate about the engineering industry and developing skills. Having worked in offshore Oil and Gas, refineries, energy, manufacturing and process industries around the world, he considers himself lucky to be able to share his experience with others while learning at the same time from those he meets along the way.

He is the Director of Project Engineering Management Ltd, an engineering consultancy offering maintenance training, project management and engineering consultancy.

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand the reliability centered maintenance process as described by standard SAE JA 1011 and 1012
2. Gain knowledge in order develop your own maintenance strategy based on the reliability centered maintenance and risk-based maintenance approaches
3. Establish asset importance and priorities using FMEA/FMECA assessment approaches
