About:

This introductory 5 day classroom course provides a comprehensive, practical overview of the fundamentals of energy management, equipping participants with all the essential knowledge and skills they need to save energy, reduce operational costs and carbon emissions, comply with legislation and meet their organisation's environmental goals.

Course topics include monitoring and targeting, energy auditing, solution development, as well as regulations and standards. As part of this course delegates will conduct a supervised energy audit visit to a plant room and cover writing an audit report.

This 5-day course delivers a comprehensive introduction into human factors for non-specialists. It provides a practical, engaging and interactive background to key topic areas, as well as to how human and organisational factors can be applied within the workplace.

This 2 half-day training course will help you to understand the aspects involved in managing physical assets to develop and maintain your own strategic asset management plan. You will gain an appreciation of the structured approach required to effectively support the organisational objectives and deliver a sustainable return on investment.

Learn about the asset life cycle by identifying the structures needed, the importance of people and the organisation based on the recognised standard ISO 55001, best practices and our experiences.

You will also gain an understanding through practical exercises about concepts such as the phases of the asset lifecycle, Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and maintenance plans.

This 3-day training course will provide delegates with training on the Energy Institute Model Safe Code of Practice 15, Area Classification for Installations Handing Flammable Fluids. This internationally recognised publication provides methodologies for carrying out Hazardous Area Classification studies on installations where flammable fluids are processed, stored or handled.

This 2 half-day virtual online training course on the 6th & 8th of May 2026, will allow you to optimise your asset maintenance plan with Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), a process which focuses on the function of the asset and the consequences of failure, rather than the asset itself following the 7 questions described in SAE JA1011.

This highly interactive course will give you the tools you need to build reliability into your processes, using RCM methodology alongside Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) principles.
