The Northern Ireland YPN is a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to supporting early-career professionals across the energy sector.

Our mission is to foster meaningful connections, share knowledge, and create opportunities for collaboration, growth, and development. Through networking events, mentorship, and industry engagement, we aim to empower the next generation of energy leaders and build a strong, supportive network that helps each other thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

I'm honoured to chair the Young Professionals Committee for the Energy Institute and proud to help launch the very first YPN chapter in Northern Ireland. Now, as a Chartered Engineer with the Energy Institute, I'm excited to give back, supporting others on their journey and encouraging as many young professionals as possible to achieve chartered status. I'm looking forward to an inspiring year ahead, building strong industry connections, sharing knowledge, and hosting events that empower and connect the next generation of energy leaders.
