Building Energy Code (BEC) and Energy Audit Code (EAC) under Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance of Hong Kong are reviewed once every three years. The new BEC 2021 Edition and the EAC 2021 Edition have been developed in tandem with the global development of relevant technology and energy efficiency standards.In this webinar, representative from Electrical and Mechanical Services Department will brief and introduce highlights and major changes incorporated in the new BEC 2021 and the EAC 2021 to our members followed by sharing from an experienced industrial player on how to implement them in practical way in auditing process.

"The difficult economic situation that we are going through must push loss-adjusting firms, based in Morocco, to open up more internationally. However, gaining the trust of the major players in the insurance industry, particularly in London, Paris or Munich, is not an easy task. "Before the course, I had a little professional experience in domestic zero-carbon energy technology but I was inexperienced in any other theory and practical topic, audits etc. This provided me with the building blocks to understand this, including the calculations, quickly.
