These proceedings have been prepared as a non-verbatim record of the workshop. They describe:

the basis and objectives for the workshop;

the findings of the pre-workshop survey, and
the common issues identified by workshop participants.

The report explores the health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) issues facing the developing decentralised energy industry and identifies areas which may warrant future industry collaboration to improve HSEQ performance and mitigate risks.
