This report presents the analysis of the quarterly data returns submitted by members who experienced incidents during 2021 and serves to highlight key risk areas that can then inform SafetyOn’s future work programme. Among other data, the report details a 20% reduction in incidents and 50% reduction in incidents requiring an emergency response when compared to 2020.

The report has been produced through collaboration across SafetyOn members, gathering data facilitated by the Energy Institute by following a consistent process and sharing incident data to build a picture of performance, risk and trends across the sector.
