Based on industry-wide input, regulatory review and analysis of current and emerging welfare solutions, the study highlights variation in welfare standards and the impacts on safety and wellbeing for offshore wind workers.

The study sets the foundation for G+ good practice guidelines, alongside recommendations for immediate actions to improve offshore welfare facilities.
