Achilleas is an experienced professional, Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the IMechE and a Chartered Energy Manager with the Energy Institute. Further to his first degree in Energy Technology, he acquired an MSc in Energy with distinction from Heriot Watt University.
Achilleas has worked on Energy Management and Energy Efficiency Programmes in the industrial sector. Activities include technical surveys to identify energy performance improvement measures, setting energy performance targets, developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies. He has worked extensively on energy data analysis, monitoring & targeting energy performance and process optimisation. Achilleas has organised and delivered behavioural change management programmes, energy awareness campaigns and training workshops on energy management to both senior managers and lead employees, as well as to technical staff.
