Accredited building services and energy efficiency professional with extensive experience of working across diverse commercial portfolios in client side and service provider roles. In-depth technical knowledge and proven ability to develop sound commercial business cases and extensive experience in creating awareness, providing guidance and advice on a wide range of energy efficiency related legislation and best practice. Extensive experience of conducting ESOS and energy efficiency audits, identifying and developing practical and cost-effective energy reduction opportunities, and have delivered ESOS Building, Process and Transport audits for a diverse client base since ESOS Phase 1. A large percentage of my work is generated through referrals and returning clients, which is achieved by consistently delivering a high quality and personalised service.
