3514 Investigation into the risk and impact associated with non-diesel fuel engine vehicles, by type, whilst entering or working within hazardous storage locations (Phase 2)

Overview:

This research report has been written to support the management of the hazards and risks associated with the use of alternative fuelled vehicles within:
− refineries;
− terminals;
− storage sites, and
− other oil and gas facility operations.

There are a number of ultra-low emission vehicles which may require access to site, and the following have been considered within Phase 2 of the research report:
− LNG;
− CNG;
− LPG, and
− hydrogen combustion.
