This publication provides an agreed set of definitions for terms frequently used in EI petroleum measurement guidance. It compiles all of the essential metering and statistical terms used in static and dynamic measurement. These definitions conform, wherever possible, to internationally accepted ISO definitions. If a definition is in line with an ISO standard, the ISO reference is given.

This publication is the 2^nd edition of this title and replaces the obsolete HM 42 Vocabulary of dynamic measurement (PMP 10).
